Description
MKL2 is a compact and fully sealed Lambda Control Unit designed to manage up to 2Â wideband UEGO sensors, both on engine test benches and directly on vehicles. Standard version is pre-configured and pre-calibrated for LSU 4.9 sensors with the original connector including the calibration resistor, ready to work with Mectronik ECUs (closed-loop single-cylinder applications). The internal firmware is developed using model-based logic (Simulink), and the system can be integrated through XCP upon request.

- High-Speed CAN 2.0 (up to 1 Mbit/s) with internal 120Ω terminator (software switchable)
- Small dimensions and lightweight, fully sealed design
- Input lines protected with advanced diagnostics
- Outputs protected against short-circuit to Battery or Ground
- Automotive hardware quality (AECQ 200 compliant requirements)
- 36-pin high-temperature automotive connector
- Support for BOSCH LSU 4.9 / 4.7 / 5.2 / ADV / MINI and NGK wideband sensors (optional functions)
